March 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian agricultural leasing company Elana Agrocredit [BUL:EAC] said it will propose to its shareholders to distribute 2.67 million levs ($1.48 million/1.37 million euro) as dividend for last year.
The payout will be disbursed from the company's net profit of 2.72 million levs reported for 2023, Elana Agrocredit said in a bourse filing on Friday.

The remaining 50,442 levs of the profit will be allocated to the company's reserve fund.
Investors will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for April 2. If approved, the gross dividend payout per share will be determined two weeks after the meeting.
Last year, Elana Agrocredit's shareholders approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 2.68 million levs for 2022.
As of 1000 CET on March 5, shares in Elana Agrocredit traded 0.93% higher at 1.08 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
