September 16 (SeeNews) - Insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] generated the highest turnover among the blue chips on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on Friday, as stock indices ended mixed, bourse data showed.
A total of 1,465 Dunav shares changed hands in a turnover of 1.9 million dinars. Dunav went down 0.53% to 1,308 dinars.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.16% at 846.67 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, closed flat at 1,727.35.
The total turnover on the bourse amounted to 72.4 million dinars ($615,100/617,200 euro) on Friday, up from 5.1 million dinars on Thursday, as 93 transactions were carried out.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 69 million dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Friday.
In the period between September 12 and 16, BELEX15 went down 0.15%, while BELEXline grew 0.72%.
The total value of trading on the Belgrade stock market this week was 593.8 million dinars, versus 115.6 million dinars last week.
Treasury bonds trading turnover totalled 567.5 million dinars this week, up from 85.7 million dinars last week.
