July 17 (SeeNews) - Serbia's Delta Holding has said its unit Delta Real Estate plans to open a shopping mall in the Bulgarian city of Varna in the fourth quarter of 2018.
The opening of the Delta Planet shopping mall in Varna is planned for the fourth quarter of this year, Delta Holding said in a statement on Monday.
In September 2017, Delta Holding said Delta Real Estate completed the acquisition of an unfinished shopping mall in Varna in cooperation with Bulgarian company AP Investments. Delta Planet shopping mall will have 3 floors and 3 underground levels for parking, as well as 12 cinemas, the company said back then.
Moreover, the company plans to open a Delta Planet shopping mall in Bosnia's Banja Luka in the first quarter of 2019, Delta Holding said on Monday.
Delta Real Estate started the construction of the shopping mall in Banja Luka in June 2017, an investment worth 70 million euro ($82.1 million).
In January, Delta Holding said it plans to make investments worth 600 million euro in real estate projects in the next two years.
