October 2 (SeeNews) - Croatia's biggest retailer Konzum said on Friday it has set up a retailer of cosmetics and personal care products, Kozmo.
The core capital of the newly established company is 20,000 Croatian kuna ($4,000/2,750 euro), the company said in a statement posted on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) website. A capital increase by 34.9 million kuna is undergoing, it added.
Croatian privately-owned concern Agrokor owns Konzum (www.konzum.hr), which operates a domestic network of more than 650 outlets.
