April 26 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Tankerska Plovidba holds 93.60% of hotel owner Turisthotel [ZSE:TUHO], following a takeover bid in which it bought 199,019 shares representing a stake of 54.26% of its equity capital, the law firm representing Tankerska Plovidba for the transaction said on Wednesday.
A total of 437 of Turisthotel shareholders accepted the offer, the law firm Mamic, Peric, Reberski, Rimac said in a statement to the Zagreb bourse.

In March, Tankerska Plovidba offered 610.53 euro ($674) per Turisthotel share to minority shareholders, targeting 60.66% interest that it did not already own back then.
Turisthotel's equity capital of 28.2 million euro is divided into 366,756 shares with a par value of 76.98 euro each.
Turisthotel’s shares traded flat at 610 euro intraday on Wednesday on the Zagreb bourse.
