May 17 (SeeNews) - The Croatian city of Rijeka said it is offering for sale to potential investors a land plot of 14,810 sq. m. at a starting price of 66 mln kuna ($9.2 million/8.8 million euro) for development of the Zabica bus terminal.
A bus terminal complex with a gross area of 57,778.50 sq. m. is to be built on the land plot, including a bus station, public garage, commercial and office space, the town authorities said in a tender notice earlier this month.

The potential investor will be required to start construction works 14 months after signing a contract with the city council and to complete it within two years.
The deadline for submitting bids in the tender for the land is June 6.
