June 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian privately-held do-it-yourself and consumer electronics retailer Pevec said it will distribute a 25% higher dividend of 7,530 kuna ($1,149/1,015 euro) per share for 2018.
The company's shareholders approved the dividend payout decision at their annual meeting on Monday, Pevec said in a statement.
An overall 99.4 million kuna of last year's record-high net profit of 139.6 million kuna will be distributed to all shareholders on record as of June 12.
Pevec has been operating on the Croatian market since 1990. It employs some 2,000 people at present after acquiring eight domestic retail centres and opening five new stores in the past three years.
