February 27 (SeeNews) - Croatia-based global business process and technology outsourcing (BPTO) services provider Mplus said on Monday it opened a contact centre in Osijek, eastern Croatia, which will create more than 200 jobs.
The 1,000-square metre office is the company's second location in Croatia and 48th globally, Mplus said in a press release.
“Mplus recognized in the Osijek-Baranja county's huge potential in terms of quality and educated workforce, particularly young people, looking for their place on the labour market,” the company said in a press release.
Since 2016, the Mplus group has carried out 18 acquisitions. Mplus has more than 13,000 employees working in more than 30 world languages. Along with Croatia, it operates in Bosnia, Germany, Slovenia, Serbia, Turkey, Georgia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Spain, the UK, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and the U.S.
Shares of Meritus Ulaganja, the parent company of Mplus last traded on the Zagreb bourse on November 11, closing flat at 1,100 kuna ($154/146 euro).
