June 23 (SeeNews) - Croatia's registered unemployment rate dropped to a record low 11.7% in May, from 13.2% a month earlier, the national bureau of statistics said on Friday.
In May 2016, Croatia's registered jobless rate was 14.4%.
In October last year, Croatia recorded its lowest unemployment rate in the past eight years, of 13.1%.
Croatia has a working age population (15+) of some 3.6 million and a labour force of about 1.8 million, according to the latest available official data.
