December 21 (SeeNews) - Croatian telecommunication company Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] raised its own shareholding and as of Friday held 450,517 of its own shares, representing 0,551631% of the company's issued share capital, it said.
On December 19, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) acquired 1,073 own shares at 152.00 kuna ($23.4/20.5 euro) apiece, representing 0,001314% of the share capital. On December 20, HT purchased 1,066 own shares at 151.2 kuna, representing 0.001343% of the company's share capital, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
On December 18, HT purchased 1,097 own shares at 152.4 kuna, representing 0.001343% of the company's share capital.
