December 4 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Wednesday it held 449,555 own shares as of December 4, representing 0.553506% of the company's issued share capital.
On December 2, the company repurchased 737 of its own shares at 169.5 kuna ($25.3/22.8 euro) per share and a further 290 own shares at 170 kuna apiece on December 3, said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded at 168.5 kuna by 1558 CET on the ZSE on Wednesday, down 0.29%.
