April 1 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said on Wednesday it held 661,826 of its own shares as of April 1, representing 0.814860% of the company's issued share capital.
On March 30, Hrvatski Telekom (HT) repurchased 209 own shares at 162.5 kuna ($23.3/21.3 euro) apiece, and bought a further 5,000 shares at 162.9 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares traded 1.23% lower at 160.5 kuna by 1327 CET on Wednesday on the ZSE.
