January 29 (SeeNews) - Croatia’s telecommunication services provider Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] said on Wednesday it held 495,202 own shares as of January 29, representing 0.609708% of the company's issued share capital.
On January 27, it repurchased 2,414 own shares at 185 kuna ($27.4/24.9 euro) apiece, and a further 2,560 own units at 184.5 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse.
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
The company’s shares closed 0.27% higher at 184.5 kuna on Wednesday.
