January 17 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Friday it held 478,700 of its own shares as of January 17, representing 0.589390% of the company's issued share capital.
On January 15, the company repurchased 2,003 of its own shares at 188.5 kuna ($28.2/25.3 euro) apiece, and a further 2,308 units for 187.5 kuna per share the following day, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares with no par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
HT's shares traded 0.27% lower at 184.5 kuna by 1249 CET on Friday on the ZSE.
