September 25 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Wednesday it held 411,480 of its own shares as of September 25, representing 0.506627% of the company's issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 520 of its shares at 162 kuna ($24.1/21.9 euro) apiece on September 23, and a further 1,228 own shares at 163.5 kuna each the following day, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Its share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded flat at 163 kuna by 1053 CET on ZSE on Wednesday, after closing up 0.31% on Tuesday.
