October 12 (SeeNews) - Croatia’s Erste&Steiermarkische Bank said on Thursday it intends to issue bonds in the amount of up to 50 million euro ($59.2 million), with a five year maturity.
The euro-denominated bonds will be issued in the non-materialised form, Erste&Steiermarkische Bank said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
The bank intends to list these bonds on the official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Erste&Steiermarkische Bank provided no further details.
