April 9 (SeeNews) - Croatian telecommunications equipment manufacturer Ericsson Nikola Tesla [ZSE:ERNT] said it has signed a 7.5 million kuna ($1.2 million/989,400 euro) contract with Bosnian telecommunications company HT Mostar [SAJ:HTKMR] for modernisation of HT Mostar's network.
The contract encompasses an upgrade of HT Mostar's IP Multimedia Subsystem - IMS and network performance measurement system, Ericsson Nikola Tesla said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse on Thursday. Furthermore, HT Mostar will implement a new Ericsson diameter signaling controller solution and a steering of roaming solution.
The activities related to the contracted work should start without delay, despite "the challenging circumstances in the environment," Ericsson Nikola Tesla said.
