December 4 (SeeNews) - Croatian telecommunications equipment maker Ericsson Nikola Tesla said on Friday it has signed deals worth 30 million kuna ($6.1 million/4.1 million euro) with Bosnia's top telecoms company BH Telecom.
The contract covers the modernisation of BH Telecom’s fixed, service and mobile networks, the Croatian company said in a statement filed to the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
State-owned BH Telecom is the largest of the three telecoms operating in post-war Bosnia, which comprises a Muslim-Croat Federation and a Serb Republic. The other two Bosnian telecoms are HT Mostar, which is based in the Federation, and Telekom Srpske, which operates in the Serb Republic.
BH Telecom (www.bhtelecom.ba), based in the Federation, provides fixed-line and mobile voice services and ADSL Internet access services.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla shares were trading down 1.41% at 1,351 kuna by 1425 GMT on Friday.
