December 28 (SeeNews) - Croatian's holding company Djuro Djakovic [ZSE:DDJH] said that it agreed with the Czech and Croatian units of Austria's Raiffeisenbank to raise to 33 million euro ($36.65 million) the maximum value of an existing loan agreement.
Djuro Djakovic signed appendices to a framework revolving facilities agreement and an ancillary facility agreement with the Czech and Croatian units of Austria's Raiffeisenbank, as lenders, and its special vehicles unit, Djuro Djakovic Specijalna Vozila, as borrower, Djuro Djakovic said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Friday.
The deal, signed in July, had a maximum value of 18 million euro.
Shares of Djuro Djakovic were the biggest daily gainer on the Zagreb Stock Exchange by 1405 local time, when they traded 17.39% higher at 27 euro.
