ZAGREB (Croatia), November 19 (SeeNews) – Croatian blue-chip telecommunications company T-HT is expected to acquire local IT company Combis by the end of the year, local media reported on Thursday.
According to rough estimates, Combis is valued at about 100 million kuna ($20 million/13.7 million), Croatian news outlet Business (www.business.hr) quoted unnamed well informed sources as saying.

T-HT officials declined comment on the media report when contacted by SeeNews on Thursday. T-HT is majority-owned by Deutsche Telekom.
Dubrovnik-based Combis was established in 1990. The company provides consulting, developing, implementing, integrating and maintaining complete complex sophisticated information-application-communication turn-key solutions.
