July 16 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) fell for a fourth straight session on Friday in slim turnover, bourse data showed.
The ZSE's blue-chip 18-share benchmark CROBEX index lost 0.18%, closing at 1,934.31 points.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, fell 0.32% to finish at 1,190.50 points.
Hotel operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] was the most traded company, generating 1.2 million kuna ($189,000/160,000 euro) of the ZSE's total regular turnover for the day. Its shares fell 3.23% to close at 27 kuna.
Shares of alcoholic drinks and confectionery producer Zvecevo [ZSE:ZVCV-R-A] kept on rising, by 16.35%, on Friday, to 37 kuna in a turnover of some 16,000 kuna. On Thursday they gained 33.61% to 31.80 kuna after the company announced on Wednesday that its shareholders would consider a proposal for the sale of part of the company's assets related to spirits production.
The bourse's total regular trading turnover tell to 4.3 million kuna on Friday from 5.5 million kuna on Thursday.
