CHISINAU (Moldova), December 17 (SeeNews) – Moldova said on Thursday it will receive a 20 million Chinese yuan ($2.9 million/2.03 million euro) grant from the government in Beijing to raise awareness of Moldovan wines.
The grant will likely be used to finance the promotion of Moldovan wines on the Chinese market and to cover the costs of Moldova's participation in the international wine fair in Shanghai next year, the government said in a statement.
