December 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian furniture maker Valiyan is investing 10 million levs ($5.8 million/5.1 million euro) in expanding the capacity of its production facilities in Sofia, the economy ministry said on Wednesday.
The investment is aimed at optimising the cost of the company's output, Bulgaria's ministry of economy said in a statement.
The investment will create 45 jobs.
The ministry did not provide further details.
According to commercial register data, Valiyan is owned by two private individuals - Yankul Yankov and Valentin Georgiev, with stakes of 50% each.
