November 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Tsarevo municipality said it has signed road overhaul deals worth a total of 3 million levs ($1.8 million/1.5 million euro) with the local unit of Austria's Strabag and Bulgarian motorway construction company Avtomagistrali - Tcherno More.
Under the contracts, Strabag will rehabilitate pavement on streets within the municipality, while Avtomagistrali - Tcherno More will be responsible for reconstruction of municipal roads, Tsarevo municipality said in a notice on Monday.
The contract with Avtomagistrali - Tcherno More worth 900,000 levs was signed on October 29, while the deal with Strabag worth 2.1 million levs was signed on November 4.
Both deals attracted four bidders each. Price carried 50% weight in the assessment of the bids.
