May 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sopharma Trading [BUL:SO5] said on Thursday that its profit before taxes rose by an annual 11% to 8.2 million levs ($4.6 million/4.2 million euro) in the January-April period of 2020.
Sopharma Trading's sales revenue increased by 15% year-on-year to 291.2 million levs in the first four months of 2020, the drug trader said in a bourse filing.
In April alone, the company's profit before taxes jumped 50% on the year to 1.4 million levs, as sales added 3% to 60.6 million levs.
As at 13:10 CET on Thursday, Sopharma Trading shares traded 1.90% higher at 5.35 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
