March 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian pharmaceuticals producer Sopharma [BUL:SFA] said on Monday that its sales revenue increased by 21% year-on-year in the first two months of 2023, supported by a jump in exports.
The company's export sales rose by 42% on the year in the January-February period of 2023, while domestic sales remained flat, Sopharma said in a bourse filing.
In February alone, Sopharma saw its annual sales revenue increase by 20%, as domestic and export sales went up by 41% and 10%, respectively.
As at 1437 CET on Monday, shares in Sopharma traded 1.89% lower at 5.20 levs ($2.85/2.65 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data showed.
