August 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Wednesday that its sales revenue fell by an annual 6% in the first seven months of 2020 due to a 20% drop in domestic sales.
The lower domestic sales were partially offset by a 2% rise in exports, the company said in a bourse filing.
In July alone, Sopharma's sales plunged 52%, as domestic sales dropped 25%, while sales abroad shrank 66%.
The company did not disclose information about the volume of its sales or amount of sales revenue.
Sopharma shares closed 1.35% lower at 2.92 levs ($1.77/1.49 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
