August 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said its sales for the first seven months of 2013 declined 2.0% on the year, as domestic sales increased 5.0% but exports fell 4.0%.
In July alone, the company registered a 16% decrease in sales, as domestic sales fell 10% and shipments abroad dropped 19%, Sopharma said in a statement filed with the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The company (www.sopharma.bg) exports its output to 28 countries.
Blue chip Sopharma was trading 0.09% lower at 3.322 levs ($2.256/1.699 euro) per share in a total turnover of 181,022 levs by 1300 CET on BSE on Monday.
