August 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said its consolidated net profit rose to 29.9 million levs ($10.4 million/9.3 million euro) in the first half of 2017, from 26.3 million levs in the same period of 2016.
Sopharma’s sales revenue rose to 470.3 million levs in January-June, from 423.7 million levs in the same period last year, the company said in a bourse filing late on Tuesday.
The company’s operating profit grew to 33.7 million levs in the period under review, from 22 million levs in the first half of 2016.
Sopharma, Bulgaria's biggest drug maker, has subsidiaries in Moldova, Russia, Serbia, Belarus, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
