July 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian investment firm Sila Holding has acquired 92.92% of recently privatised Bulgarian cigarette mill Slantse Stara Zagora from its unit Business Centre Izgrev, Slantse Stara Zagora said on Friday.
After the transation Business Centre Izgrev has no shares in the cigarette mill, Slantse Stara Zagora said in a filing with the Bulgarian Stake Exchange (BSE).

Last week a total of 1,074,633 shares in Slatse Stara Zagora changed hands in a single transaction at a price of 19.7 levs ($14.11/10.1 euro) each while another 19,853 were sold at 10.3 levs each in another transaction on BSE's over-the-counter market.
Business Centre Izgrev bought a 78.18% stake in the cigarette factory for 18.2 million levs from the state-run former tobacco monopoly Bulgartabac Holding through the Sofia bourse in July last year. In April the real estate company which held 91.49% of the mill's share capital launched a buyout bid to its minority shareholders offering 10.3 levs per share.
Slantse Stara Zagora competes with Bulgartabac and international majors such as Philip Morris, BAT, Gallaher, Imperial Tobacco.
Shares of the cigarette mill last traded on Wednesday when they rose 1.9% to 10.19 levs.
