January 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian solar projects contractor Rashev&Co said on Monday it has started preparing land plots for the construction of two photovoltaic plants for own use, with a combined capacity of some 2,490 kWp.
A 2 MWp solar plant will be built in Dolna Banya, near Sofia, whereas the second planned solar installation, PV plant Razdelna, will have a capacity of 490 kWp, Rashev&Co said in a social media post.

The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor also has five client projects in the pipeline, the first of which is a 1.5 MWp solar park in the southeastern village of Obruchishte, it added.
Founded in 2022, Rashev&Co employs more than 120 staff and has completed over 280 mostly small solar PV installations. Last year, it completed a 10.1 MWp solar plant in the northwestern city of Lom.
