The project, to be financed by Prostream, will be developed in two stages. The initial stage of technical design and construction of the rooftop solar array as well as a solar photovoltaic carport will take eight months. In the second stage, Prostream will be involved in the monitoring and maintenance of the installation, with the initial investment to be repaid with the savings made from solar power generation.
Sofia-based Prostream Group, a subsidiary of local joint stock company Tehnova, has been active for over 25 years, mostly in the construction of energy management systems, water treatment plants, pumping stations and dams. It also provides automation, remote monitoring, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) services as well as turnkey environmental engineering services.
Bureau Veritas Bulgaria is a subsidiary of France-based testing, inspection and certification company Bureau Veritas.
