January 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Phoenix Capital Holding [BUL:PCH] has completed a process of capital increase by 1.1 million levs ($636,000/562,400 euro), official data showed.
The capital increase, effected through the issuance of 11,000 new shares with a nominal value of 100 levs each, has been entered in the register of public companies, the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said in a statement on Tuesday.
Through the new share issue, the holding has increased its capital to 1.2 million levs from 100,000 levs, FSC added.
Shares in Phoenix Capital Holding last closed at 100 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange's BaSE market, bourse data showed.
