January 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian company Nikvetz is investing 11 million levs ($6.2 million/5.6 million euro) in a healthcare project in the town of Sliven, the country's economy ministry said on Thursday.
The investment will create 40 jobs, the ministry said upon awarding the company with a class A investment certificate, which will ensure access to speedier administrative services.
The company intends to build a complex for balneotherapy in Sliven, according to data previously disclosed by the local municipality.
Nikvetz, a wholly-owned unit of local Sun Company, had assets of just 374,000 levs at the end of 2018, according to its most recent annual financial statement. Sun Company had assets of 201,000 levs at the end of 2018, its financial statement shows.
