April 10 (SeeNews) - Industrial Holding Bulgaria (IHB) [BUL:4ID] said on Tuesday it has repaid the remaining 20 million levs ($12.6 million/10.2 million euro) in outstanding principal of its 50 million levs convertible bond issue.
IHB also made the last coupon payment on the issue, in the amount of 1.25 million levs, the holding company said in a statement.
Last month, seven bondholders expressed their willingness to convert their bonds, worth a total of 30 million levs, into IHB shares.
As a result, their 300,000 bonds with a nominal value of 100 levs each were converted into 30 million IHB shares with a nominal value of 1 lev each, increasing IHB's capital to 107.4 million levs from 77.4 million levs.
