January 10 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Haskovo municipality said on Monday it signed a 22.2 million levs ($12.9 million/11.4 million euro) contract for household waste management and public spaces cleaning services with local companies Green Partners and BKS-Hristo Nanev, as well as a consortium of the two.
The 60-month contract signed on January 4 envisages the collection and transportation of household waste from Haskovo city to the local landfill as well as the washing, sweeping and cleaning of snow of city streets, the municipality said in a notice.
The awarded companies submitted the sole bid in the public procurement tender.
