July 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian poultry producer Gradus [BUL:GR6] said that it has become a certified supplier in Europe of US fast food restaurant chain KFC.
The certification was awarded after the Bulgarian group successfully completed international audits of its subsidiaries, Gradus said in a bourse filing on Monday.

As of end-March, Gradus owned eight subsidiaries - Gradus-1, Gradus-3, Gradus-98, Lora-2004, Millennium 2000, Zhyuliv, Gold Farm 91 and Gradus Logistics.
In early June, Gradus said that it will receive a total of 7 million levs ($3.6 million/3.6 million euro) in dividend payouts for 2021 from four of those wholly-owned subsidiaries -- Millennium 2000, Gradus-1, Zhyuliv and Lora-2004.
Earlier last month, Gradus shareholders also approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.045 levs per share for 2021, up from 0.022 levs per share the company paid out to investors for 2020.
