September 12 (SeeNews) - A capital increase issue of 23,500 shares in diversified group Favorit Hold [BUL:6A9] started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Wednesday, bourse data shows.
Favorit Hold increased its capital to 2.38 million levs ($1.37 million/1.22 million euro) through the new share issue, according to BSE data.
The company placed the shares last month at a price of lev each, as only the company's investor relations officer and members of its board of directors and supervisory board had the right to subscribe for shares from the issue.
Favorit Hold shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 1.5 levs apiece.
