January 13 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) said on Monday it has signed two contracts worth 3.0 million levs ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) combined with Biopharm-Egineering for the delivery of veterinary vaccines and diagnosticums.
The higher-priced contract, worth some 1.8 million levs, was signed on December 12, 2019, BFSA said in a notice.
The deals envisage the delivery of some 2.1 million vaccine kits and some 882,200 diagnosticum doses by the end of 2021.
BFSA has received five offers in the public procurement procedure for awarding the higher-priced contract.
Sliven-based Biopharm-Egineering produces infusion solution, injection solution and veterinary medicinal products and immunological preparations, according to information published on its website.
