April 26 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Bianor Holding [BUL:BNR] said on Tuesday that its shareholders approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 4.30 levs ($2.34/2.19 euro) per share.
The proposal was voted through unanimously at a general meeting that was held on Tuesday and was attended by shareholders who represented 66.51% of the company's registered share capital, Bianor said in a bourse filing.
As per Bianor's dividend proposal from late March, the company will distribute part of its annual profit, or just over 2.9 million levs, to shareholders as dividend while reserving the remaining 5.3 million levs as undistributed.
The dividend will be paid out between May 18 and June 18, the filing showed.
As at 1418 CET, shares in Bianor were trading flat at 21 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
