June 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian power plant equipment maintenance company Atomenergoremont [BUL:ATOM] said on Wednesday that its shareholders endorsed the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.04 levs ($0.022/0.020 euro) per share for 2023.
The company will pay out 614,206 levs in total from its net profit of some 33.58 million levs reported for last year, Atomenergoremont said in a bourse filing. The remainder will be retained.
The dividend will be disbursed between July 22 and August 22.
Last year, Atomenergoremont distributed a gross dividend of 0.025 levs per share for 2022, or 383,879 levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.
Shares in Atomenergoremont last traded on May 28 when they closed at 12.50 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
