June 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian polymer packaging producer Asenova Krepost [BUL:6AN] has increased its capital by 5.25 million levs ($3.0 million/2.7 million euro) to 12.888 million levs via a new share issue, according to a notice by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC).
Asenova Krepost issued 1,749,995 new shares with a nominal value of 3 levs each, the financial regulator said on Tuesday.
The FSC entered the issue into the register of public companies, allowing Asenova Krepost to file for its admission to trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The company raised 18.9 million levs through the capital increase, as it offered the shares for subscription at a price of 10.8 levs.
Asenova Krepost shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 11.5 levs.
