May 31 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said on Friday that it has decided to admit to trading an issue of 10 million shares in drug maker Tchaikapharma High Quality Medicines [BUL:7TH], issued in a recent capital increase.
The shares, which carry a nominal value of 1 lev each, will start trading on June 4, the stock exchange operator said in a statement.
Following the increase, Tchaikapharma's registered capital amounts to 82.2 million levs.
Earlier this year, Tchaikapharma said that it intends to fund the capital increase by using part of its net profit in 2018, which amounted to 11.2 million levs.
As at 14:40 CET on Friday, Tchaikapharma shares traded 0.53% higher at 9.50 levs.
Tchaikapharma's portfolio includes over 150 pharmaceutical products.
