September 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:DUH] said on Monday that the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) has decided to admit to trading its issue of 2,763,756 new ordinary shares.
The shares will start trading on the stock exchange in Sofia on September 23, the holding company said in a bourse filing.
Doverie United Holding's registered capital currently amounts to some 21.5 million levs ($12.9 million/11.0 million euro), compared to 18.7 million levs before the capital increase.
Last month, Doverie United Holding successfully raised 11.6 million levs in a capital increase via a new share issue. Investors subscribed and paid for a total of 2,763,756 shares in the company, Doverie United Holding said at the time.
On Monday, shares in Doverie United Holding closed 2.84% lower at a price of 6.16 levs on the floor of the Sofia bourse.
Doverie United Holding owns majority stakes in over 20 companies active in various sectors of the economy, including healthcare, insurance, banking, retail trade, real estate, and others.
