February 1 (SeeNews) - Bosnia and Herzegovina's cable TV operator Telemach BH will take over local Bihac-based peer Miss.net, local media reported on Wednesday.
Telemach signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) to acquire a 100% shareholding in Miss.net from its current shareholders Mirzeta Isic and Enes Hajdarevic in late 2022, news provider Biznis Info reported.

Isic owns a 71% stake, whereas Hajdarevic holds the remaining 29% stake in Miss.net, according to the media report.
In November, Telemach BH requested a regulatory approval to acquire Tuzla-based peer TX TV, the country's Council of Competition said at the time.
Telemach BH is part of United Group, a leading cable and pay TV operator in Southeast Europe.
