SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), July 14 (SeeNews) – Zeljeznice Republike Srpske [BANJ:ZERS-R-A], the railway operator of Bosnia's Serb Republic entity, said it will use its 1.73 million marka ($1.0 million/885,000 euro) profit reported for 2019 to cover accumulated loss.
The decision was approved by the company's shareholders on July 10, Zeljeznice Republike Srpske said in a statement with the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) last week.
Its accumulated loss totalled 83.6 million marka at the end of 2019.
The company's shares last traded on the BLSE on July 3, closing unchanged at 46.08 marka.
Zeljeznice Republike Srpske is controlled by the Serb Republic government.
The Republic is one of two autonomous entities forming Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
