January 3 (SeeNews) - Bosnia’s Nasa Banka [BANJ:PIBB] increased its capital by 2 million marka ($1.2 million/1 million euro) thorugh a new share issue, the company said.
The new shares were subscribed by local food and drinks producer Fructa Trade, Nasa Banka said in a bourse filing on Friday.
Fructa Trade held a 9.8% stake in the bank as of December 30, latest bourse data shows.
The lender issued 2 million new ordinary shares of 1 marka in par value each, increasing its capital to 25.8 million marka.
Nasa Banka's shares did not trade on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange in 2021.
