May 30 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Federation government estimates the entity's energy production at 9,147.24 gigawatt hours (GWh) and total consumption at 8,004.90 GWh this year, it said on Thursday.
The government also sees coal production at 8.2 million tonnes and consumption at 7.9 million tonnes, it said in a press release published after the adoption of the Federation's annual energy balance.
The document envisages some 181 million cubic metres of natural gas imports to meet demand.
The Federation is one of the two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other entity is the Serb Republic.
