July 25 (SeeNews) - The Belgrade Stock Exchange indices closed down on Monday amid a lower turnover, bourse data showed.
The total turnover on the bourse went up to 3.9 million dinars ($34,000/33,200 euro) on Monday from 35.4 million dinars generated on Friday.
The BELEX15 index, which tracks the most liquid shares on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, ended the session down 0.96% at 833.31 points. The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, went down 0.56% to 1,679.60.
Insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS] paced the blue-chip losers, as its shares went down 4.1% to 1,322 dinars. Metalac also generated the largest turnover on the stock exchange, of 1.5 million dinars.
Trading on the multilateral trading facility (MTP) of the stock exchange generated a turnover of 655,200 dinars.
Trading in Treasury bonds contributed 949,353 dinars to the total turnover on the stock exchange on Monday.
