March 27 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip BELEX15 index of the Belgrade Stock Exchange closed 0.23% higher at 983.30 points on Wednesday, boosted by gains in insurer Dunav Osiguranje [BEL:DNOS], bourse data showed.
Dunav closed 0.77% higher at 1,042 dinars. A total of in 2,960 Dunav shares changed hands generating the day's largest turnover of 3.1 million dinars.
Industrial gases maker Messer Tehnogas [BEL:TGAS] added 0.28% to 24.469 dinars.
There were no losers among the blue-chip components on Wednesday.
The broader BELEXline, a free-float market capitalisation weighted index, ended 0.10% higher at 2,140.82 points.
Total turnover on the Belgrade bourse rose to 346.1 million dinars ($3.2 million/3 million euro) on Wednesday from 343.8 million dinars on Tuesday. Trading in Treasury bonds accounted for 342.4 million dinars of Wednesday's turnover.
